• Provides overall leadership and vision for the organization, ensuring that it remains focused on its mission and long-term objectives

• Inspires and motivates the board, volunteers, and members

• Works closely with the board of directors, facilitating effective decision-making processes 

• Presides over board meetings, sets agendas in collaboration with the Secretary, and ensures that board members are informed and engaged
